As Dr. Godwin Maduka , the people’s Democratic Party Anambra State Governorship Aspirant continued his political consultations and meetings with Ndi Anambra ahead of the Anambra PDP gubernatorial election primaries slated for 26th June, 2021 and the November 6th general election, he met with one of Anambra State-born , a great elder statesman, the foremost Nigerian Aviation Minister, the last man standing amongst the Zik disciples, Chief Mbazulike Amaechi (The boy is Good) in his home in Ukpor, Nnewi South. Dr. Godwin Maduka officially informed him of his genuine ambition to contribute his quota in transforming Anambra State and that his contesting for Anambra Governorship election under the platform of PDP.
Dr. Godwin Maduka presented his 10 points Agenda for integrated Anambra development to him which he found very interesting and applauded him for coming up with such an all encompassing plan for Anambra State. Chief Mbazulike prayed for him and his campaign Organisation; The Chairman of the Campaign Organization, Chief Ezeani Ndubueze (Nwatanayoeze NâEzinifite) and the Director General of the campaign Organisation, Hon. Mike Joe Onwudinjo who accompanied him.
He stated that having heard and seen his workable plans for Anambra State, his sound academic qualifications, his positive antecedents which speak volumes about his personality, the infrastructural developments that he have brought to Anambra State, his successful professional sojourn in another manâs land and his readiness to bring meaningful transformation to Anambra State, that by merit, Dr. Maduka is what Anambra needs in this auspicious time that Anambra and Nigeria is in dire need of a patriotic leader.
On a similar note, he met with a progressive group – Ife Anambra, at Nri kingdom yesterday, he met with the PDP stakeholders across all the three senatorial zones of Anambra State (Ife Anambra). Dr. Godwin Maduka and his team had fruitful and formidable discussions ahead of the fast approaching PDP gubernatorial primary election slated for this month.
Dr. Godwin Maduka acknowledge Chief Felix Oli (Ezeoba NâNri) who spoke highly and glowingly of his courtesy of the developmental infrastructures he put in place in Umuchukwu through the Grace of our Lord, Jesus Christ. How he turned once pristine and remote village to a mega City with my God given wealth and resources. Umuchukwu is a replica and hallmark of what he will do in Anambra State when he become the Anambra State Governor.
Anambra will surely take its rightful position in the comity of States in Nigeria and beyond.
