In diplomatic circle, an ambassador-at-large is one accredited by government to represent a country and its people internationally. On the flip side, if an individual, through dint of hardwork, consistent and proven character, diligence and candor is able to carve an a niche for himself at the global stage and has by that brought glory to his fatherland, he eminently qualified to be called an ambassador.
It is heart-warming to know that in a recent commendation letter to Dr Samson, the United Kingdom Prime Minister, Boris Johnson commended the Nigerian born UK Development and investment strategist, for his excellent track records and unparalleled expertise.
At a time, when Nigeria’s global image is almost standing on its head among the comity of nations, Dr Sam, has at once demonstrated what is possible when a Nigerian of immense character and pedigree is given a level playing field.
A popular gospel preacher, Pastor (Dr) Paul Enenche, identified “excellence” as the only antidote to prejudice. When a man works hard to maintain excellence, he breaks generational limits and barriers. That is what Dr Omale epitomises in his work and conduct during both public and private affairs.
The footprints of this noble Nigerian is written in the sands of time and must not go unnoticed.
This man of great repute must be placed on record as the real ambassador of the country based on his overall contribution(s) in projecting the country’s image in the comity of nations.
Dr Samson Agada Omale is a great personality, a man who can be said to be an “expert in all and a master in all” at the same time, an entrepreneur of international standing, an astute Academician, a great industrialist and an accomplished man of God.
In retrospect, Dr. Samson Agada Omale was born on the 21st December 1958, in Ikem–Ogugu, Olamaboro, Kogi State.
He holds a Doctorate in Finance specialising in Exotic Derivatives, an M.sc in International Capital Markets and MBA in Banking & Finance. He also holds a Bachelor of Education. He is currently working on his second doctorate at the International School of Management Paris. Dr Sam attended the Ahmadu Bello University Zaria, University of Nigeria Nsukka, and University of Brighton – UK.
He is a London based Consultant, a result-producing International Capital Market Professional with a proven record of accomplishment in product development and strategy. 
He is the President/CEO of Rock Global Investment Network London where he is involved in investment management, training and consultancy. Sam combines his intellectualism with practical applications of what he teaches his clients world over. He specialises in capital market and banking products, entrepreneurship, financial regulation and supervision.
Dr. Sam astute contributions to the capital market endeared him to be recognised recently by the Cambridge Who’s Who publishing Inc. Was awarded “The Cambridge Who’s Who Certificate of Recognition” and “Cambridge Who’s Who Rosewood Wall Plaque of Achievement”.
His working experience cut across several sectors of the economy including banking, insurance, manufacturing and government which equipped him to hold many management and board positions including Chief accountant Agro Millers, Head of internal Audit and Chief Investment Officer Nigeria Reinsurance Corporation and Managing Director London Office of Nigeria Reinsurance.

Sam is passionate and enthusiastic about business formations and entrepreneurship. He has established several successful companies including Rock Global America, Rock Global Investment Network London, Rock Global Training and Consultancy Nigeria, and London Financial Training Limited.
He is a consultant and trainer with many Financial Regulatory Institutions such as Central banks, Deposit Insurers, Banks, Insurance companies, Governments and High Net worth Individuals.
He is currently consulting for a development Bank in Africa where he is helping upcoming Small business owners and entrepreneurs access financing for their businesses.
