Chief Deacon Ogwu James Onoja, SAN, FCArb PhD registered first Institute for International Arbitration named it ” Bar and Bench Institute for International Arbitration ” in the heart of Abuja ( Federal Capital Territory ) .
It is a world class arbitration centre for resolution of disputes outside of the normal court room litigation. It’s a court of choice for disputants as well as a training hub for arbitrators.
Bar and Bench Institute for International Arbitration is for everyone interested in conflict resolution such as mediation, negotiation, conciliation and arbitration and not for lawyers alone.
