Dr . Sam Omale born on the 21st of Decembers, 1958 in Ikem –Ogugu Olamaboro Local Government Area of Kogi Stated.
Dr. Sam Omale is a city of London Consultant in the city of London. He is a result-producing International Capital Market Professional with a proven record of accomplishment in product development and strategy.
He is the President/CEO of Rock Global Investment Network London where he is involved in investment management, training and consultancy.
Dr . Sam combines his intellectualism with practical applications of what he teaches his clients world over. He specializes in capital market and banking products, entrepreneurship, financial regulation and supervision.
Dr. Sam was recently recognized by Cambridge Who’s Who publishing Inc. and was awarded “The Cambridge Who’s Who Certificate of Recognition” and “Cambridge Who’s Who Rosewood Wall Plaque of Achievement”.
His working experience cut across several sectors of the economy including banking, insurance, manufacturing and government.
Dr. Sam has held many management and board positions including Chief accountant Agro Millers, Head of internal Audit and Chief Investment Officer Nigeria Reinsurance Corporation and Managing Director London Office of Nigeria Reinsurance.

Dr. Sam is passionate and enthusiastic about business formations and entrepreneurship. He has established several successful companies including Rock Global America, Rock Global Investment Network London, Rock Global Training and Consultancy Nigeria, and London Financial Training Limited.
Dr. Sam is a consultant and trainer with many Financial Regulatory Institutions such as Central banks, Deposit Insurers, Banks, Insurance companies, Governments and High Net worth Individuals. He is currently consulting for a development bank in Africa where he is helping upcoming Small business owners and entrepreneurs access financing for their businesses.
Some of Dr. Sam’s clients include Central Bank of Nigeria, Federal Government of Nigeria on MDGs, London Stock Market, Irish Prudential Insurance and Nigeria Insurance Deposit Corporation. Dr. Sam holds a Doctorate in Finance specialising in Exotic Derivatives, an M.sc in International Capital Markets and MBA in Banking and Finance. He also holds a Bachelor of Education.
He is currently working on his second doctorate at the International School of Management Paris.

Dr. Sam is indeed a man of several parts and talents. He is an author of several international researched articles and books. He is an accomplished musician. A guitarist, song writer and singer with several albums.
He is passionate in developing the hidden talents in people especially the youths.
Dr. Sam is already using his expertise and experience gained abroad to develop his beloved Igala Kingdom , Kogi State and indeed Nigeria.
He is also the Senior Pastor of Rivers of Joy London.
Dr. Sam is Legally married with beautiful children.
