Alhaji Mubarak Abuche Musa, Chief Executive Officer of Almubee Group, has issued a strong public warning to individuals and contractors who have failed to honour financial and service agreements with his company.

In a statement titled “To Whom It May Concern,” Alhaji Musa revealed that he has repeatedly advanced funds and supported proposals in good faith, only to be met with excuses, missed deadlines, and broken promises. He described a troubling pattern in which trusted associates accepted payments but failed to deliver on their obligations, leaving his business exposed to angry clients and reputational damage.

“I bankroll the jobs, and when they fail to perform, I am left exposed to angry clients and public smear campaigns. This is unacceptable,” he declared.

The Almubee Group CEO said he will no longer tolerate “incompetent or dishonest” dealings and plans to release photographic evidence and payment receipts to substantiate his claims. He warned that unless those owing him quietly return the funds, he will publish the records and pursue legal action through the appropriate authorities.

Alhaji Musa also highlighted the personal and community dimension of the matter, noting that he has often been criticised for not exclusively working with his Igala brothers. “Imagine a client pays for work and, trusting your Igala fellow brothers to deliver, ends up in premium disappointment,” he said.

Calling for immediate settlement of all outstanding obligations, Musa urged those involved to “do the honorable thing and settle them immediately,” stressing that protecting his business and reputation now takes precedence.

This firm stance signals a new chapter for Almubee Group as it moves to safeguard its credibility and ensure accountability within its business network.
