Engr. Musa Wada has called on Muslim faithful and all Nigerians to dedicate the Ramadan period to offer prayers for one another and the prosperity of the country.
Engr. Wada in a message personally signed by him, said that the Holy Month presents another opportunity for Nigerians to show love to the less privileged and those in need of alms for the Ramadan.
Engr. Musa Wada’s statement to mark the beginning of this year’s Ramadan reads thus:
” it is a great pleasure and honour to once again felicitate with Muslims in Kogi state, and of course Muslims across the nation , on the start of this glorious month of Ramadan.
Ramadan is a unique symbol of values for Muslims and people of all faiths _ that is charity, cooperation, compassion and self-restraint.
Ramadan is also an occasion for Muslims to strengthen family and community ties and share God’s gifts with those in need.
I like to also use this occasion to pray for Kogi state and our country Nigeria.
Myself and my family are delighted to extend our warmest wishes to our Muslim brothers and sisters in Nigeria and across the world on the start of this holy month.
May the glory and blessing of this month shine upon us now and always “.
Ramadan Kareem🌙🕋
