We have overlooked so many issues affecting us mentally thinking is a norm or nothing. Honestly, if you have been neglecting yourself before, it is time to take action to prevent and protect yourself from destruction. You can’t do it on your own. Speak to your doctor, psychologist, psychoanalyst, psychiatrist etc, tell them how you feel. This is the way to help yourself.
How do I know I’m mentally broken?
1. Excessive anger_ do you overeact to little things that you later regret? Do you cut yourself or destroy property to calm your anger? Do you get heavy headedness when you are angry? Take a mental health discussion today.
2.Low self-esteem_ This is when you feel you are not good enough or not worthy to be among or in the position. This is not normal if it happens frequently. You need to value yourself first, knowing that everyone have a unique purpose on earth. Sometimes, we called low self-esteem shyness. It’s not shyness, you are mentally broken. 3. Self_Isolation_ Do you like staying away from people? Do you talk to yourself more often than you talk to people? Do you lack sleep from 1am to 3am? Do you bit your nails frequently? Do you feel tired and bored in the morning? Take a mental health survey today.
4. Depression_ In psychiatry, it is known as a state of mind producing serious, long-term lowering of enjoyment of life or inability to visualize a happy future or a period of unhappiness or low morale which lasts longer than several weeks and may include ideation of self-inflicted injury or suicide. Anything that will cause you to fall into deep thinking isn’t suppose to live the next second in your life. Whatever is not giving you positive vibes, stay away from it. Be it a job, relationship, position whatever it is. If it isn’t developing you, supporting or keep you happy, it doesn’t worth it.
